By accessing or using the Wealthvision application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Wealthvision is a personal finance management application that helps users track expenses, analyze spending patterns, and manage their financial data. The App allows users to:
Import and categorize financial transactions
View spending analytics and insights
Set and track financial goals
Generate financial reports
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Wealthvision is a financial tracking tool only and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. The information provided through the App is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific financial, legal, or tax advice tailored to your circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA:
WEALTHVISION, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD/CAD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wealthvision and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
For U.S. Users: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
For Canadian Users: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. The arbitration shall take place in Canada, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.
Small Claims Court: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in such court.
13. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND WEALTHVISION AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, REPRESENTATIVE, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Wealthvision agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
14. Governing Law
For U.S. Users: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For Canadian Users: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App, by email, or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
Your right to use the App will cease immediately
You remain liable for any amounts owed to Wealthvision
We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wealthvision regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
19. Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Wealthvision's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
20. Force Majeure
Wealthvision shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

4.2 Local Storage
For offline access and improved performance, some data may be cached locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by your device's operating system (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore).

With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information with third parties.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13/16. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under the applicable age, we will delete it promptly. 10. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers support "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals. We do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

The App uses minimal tracking technologies:
Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and app functionality
Analytics: Anonymized usage data to improve the App (you can opt-out in settings)
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
