You acknowledge that this End User License Agreement ("EULA") is concluded between you and the developer only, and not with Apple, and the developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof. This EULA may not provide for usage rules for Licensed Applications that are in conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Scope of License
You are granted a non-transferable license to use Wealthvision on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such Licensed Application may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

Wealthvision is provided for informational purposes only. No financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice is given. All insights are for general information and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
CSV File Disclaimer: The handling, export, and security of CSV files from your financial institution is your responsibility. Wealthvision is not responsible for CSV files before they are imported into the app or for any issues arising from the export process from your bank or financial institution. We recommend that you immediately delete all copies of CSV files from your device after importing them into the app to ensure your data privacy and security.
Data and Privacy
Wealthvision does not store or process any financial data. Only data strictly necessary to operate the app is retained, including authentication (via Supabase), payment processing (via RevenueCat), and support/contact form submissions (via Supabase). All core insights and analytics are processed on your device using device hardware. If you choose to use AI features, only the minimum necessary data is sent to Google Gemini for insights, and only with your explicit approval. No financial data is collected, stored, or sold.
Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Maintenance and Support
The developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to Wealthvision, as specified in this EULA, or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
Warranty
The developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of Wealthvision to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Licensed Application to you; and that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the developer's sole responsibility.
Wealthvision, its owners, developers, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial decisions, data loss, or service interruptions. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Product Claims
You acknowledge that the developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to Wealthvision or your possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the Licensed Application's use of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks. This EULA may not limit the developer's liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that Wealthvision or your possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third Party Terms of Agreement
You must comply with applicable third party terms of agreement when using Wealthvision, e.g., if you have a VoIP application, then you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using the Application.
Third Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third party beneficiary thereof.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall the Licensor be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Wealthvision, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury, or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall Licensor's total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of zero dollars ($0.00).
Indemnification
You agree to hold Wealthvision harmless from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the app.
Modifications
Wealthvision reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your account or for support. No financial data is stored, so no financial data can be deleted or accessed. Data that you uploaded to the app for analysis is stored on your phone and can be deleted from your device at any time.
